TRIX Basic Alpha was developed for men and women with gradual hair thinning associated with a hereditary predisposition, also known as androgenetic alopecia. The formula combines biotin, vitamin E, standardised saw-palmetto extract and grape-seed extract in one capsule per day.

The composition of TRIX Basic Alpha

Each capsule contains 150 mg of 15:1 saw-palmetto extract, standardised to 5% phytosterols, and 105 mg of grape-seed extract, standardised to 95% proanthocyanidins. The formula also contains 12 mg of vitamin E and 200 µg of biotin.

Daily use

Take one capsule daily with water, preferably at a fixed time. One package contains 30 capsules and is sufficient for 30 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake and store the package in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

Why do we recommend using it for 6 to 12 months?

Hair follicles independently go through a natural cycle of growth, transition, rest and shedding. Because not all hairs are in the same phase at the same time, it takes time before changes across several successive phases of the hair cycle can become visible.

In addition, scalp hair grows slowly. We therefore recommend using TRIX Basic Alpha daily and consistently for at least 6 months. A usage period of 6 to 12 months gives the formula sufficient time to become part of a long-term, consistent routine.
