TRIX Basic Shipping Policy

1. Shipping methods and delivery time

We offer the following shipping option for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Sweden, France, Spain and Italy:

Standard shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

2. Shipping costs

The Netherlands and Belgium:

Free standard shipping on orders over €80; otherwise €5,95.

Germany:

Free standard shipping on orders over €80; otherwise €9.

Spain:

Free standard shipping on orders over €80; otherwise €12,80.

Italy:

Free standard shipping on orders over €80; otherwise €12,80.

France:

Free standard shipping on orders over €80; otherwise €12,80.

Austria:

Free standard shipping on orders over €80; otherwise €9.

Sweden:

Free standard shipping on orders over €80; otherwise €9.

3. Order processing and preparation

Processing time: all orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Dispatch time: orders placed before 12:00 (CET) are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery areas

We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Sweden, France, Spain and Italy.

5. Problems or delays

If your shipment is delayed or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@trixbasic.com. We will investigate the issue and help track the order or, if necessary, submit a claim to the carrier.

6. Free shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over €80 in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Sweden, France, Spain and Italy. For lower-value orders, the standard charges listed above apply.

7. Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. It may take 24–48 hours for this information to become available.

8. Shipping restrictions

We do not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses.
Options may be limited or delivery times may be longer in remote areas. If this applies, we will contact you.

9. Customs, taxes and duties

No import duties or import taxes are charged on orders within the EU, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Sweden, France, Spain and Italy.
Shipping costs may vary by country and are clearly displayed at checkout.

10. Delivery to multiple addresses

We are currently unable to deliver a single order to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each delivery address.

11. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@trixbasic.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.
