TRIX Basic Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options for the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Italy:

- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Available for all orders within The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
2. Shipping Costs
The Netherlands:
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over €80; otherwise, €5,95shipping fee.
Germany:
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over €80; otherwise, €9 shipping fee.
Spain:
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over €80; otherwise, €12,80shipping fee.
Italy:
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over €80; otherwise, €12,80shipping fee.
3. Order Processing and Handling Time
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Order Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12 PM (CET) are generally shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Italy.
5. Delivery Issues or Delays
If you experience any delays with your delivery or if the shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@trixbasic.com. We will investigate the issue and assist you in tracking your order or filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
6. Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping applies to orders over €80 in the following countries:
- The Netherlands
- Germany
- Spain
- Italy
Orders below this amount will incur the standard shipping charges listed above.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become available.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
- Certain remote areas may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times. In such cases, we will contact you to provide more details.
9. Customs, Taxes, and Duties
- For orders shipped within the EU (Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy), no customs duties or import taxes will be charged.
- Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination country, and these will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we do not offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at info@trixbasic.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
